Jeff Hoover is a psychometrician at Accessible Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Systems (ATLAS), a strategic center within the Achievement and Assessment Institute at the University of Kansas. He received a PhD in educational psychology and research from the University of Kansas’ School of Education and Human Sciences in 2022. His research interests include diagnostic classification models and the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as process data and artificial intelligence into operational assessments.
